Terms and Conditions

Moneyverse Contest on August 1

• The organizer of the sweepstakes is the Bern Historical Museum, operator of Moneyverse, Marketing and Communications, Helvetiaplatz 5, 3005 Bern.
• By participating in the contest/giveaway, the participant agrees that their personal data may be used for the administration of the contest/giveaway.
• The prize is one free admission to the Bern Historical Museum. The admission can be redeemed during regular opening hours and entitles the holder to visit all exhibitions at the museum. Excluded are events, special programs, and other paid offerings outside of regular exhibition hours. A cash alternative is not available.
• Participation in the contest/giveaway is free of charge. Only one entry per person is allowed.
• Anyone over the age of 18 who is a resident of Switzerland may participate in the drawing.
• Participation in the giveaway is only possible at the Moneyverse booth on Bundesplatz on August 1. Winners will be notified on-site by the Moneyverse hosts. The prize must be accepted immediately on-site. Later pickup or delivery is not permitted.
• Legal recourse, cash payment, or exchange of the prize are excluded.
• The Bern Historical Museum disclaims all liability in connection with this giveaway.
• The Bern Historical Museum reserves the right to cancel and terminate the contest/raffle at any time, without prior notice and without providing reasons.
• The Bern Historical Museum may change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• I agree that my email address may be used once to send a confirmation email regarding my newsletter subscription. I will only receive the newsletter once I confirm my subscription. Without confirmation, I will not receive any further newsletter emails.
• By participating in the giveaway, you consent to the collection and use of your email address. We collect, store, and process this personal data for the purpose of conducting and administering the giveaway. We will not share this data with third parties. You may revoke your consent at any time by sending us a message. Your data will then be deleted.
